    This update adds a sync-window check for the Vice President weekly report: the extension now reads the PALMS page's meeting date and draft/closed state and compares it against the chapter's reporting cadence configured in Business Attendance, blocking sync with a clear banner when they don't match. The stats panel now also opens on closed PALMS pages (read-only), and the attendance import is hidden there since BNI Connect doesn't accept edits on closed reports. Minor fixes: the panel refreshes when the date picker changes, and closed pages without input fields now parse correctly for stats sync.
