The Contactter extension is a companion to the Contactter platform (for car dealerships).

What it accesses:
- Contact details on supported CRM pages (a lead's name, phone, email) — only to look up the matching contact in your Contactter workspace and show the "Chat" badge.
- The CRM activity timeline — to keep the lead's activity in sync with your Contactter workspace.
- Your Contactter sign-in token, stored locally in the browser; revocable anytime from the extension (per device or all devices).

Data is sent only to the user's own Contactter backend (api-portal.contactter.ai) over HTTPS. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and the extension contains no remote code. It runs only on the listed CRM domains and Contactter domains.
