Privacy Policy for IDU+

IDU+ is a browser extension that customizes and modernizes the visual interface of the IDU school portal.

IDU+ does not collect, sell, share, transmit, or store personal user data on external servers.

The extension works locally in the user’s browser. It may read the structure and visible content of IDU portal pages only so it can apply visual improvements, layout changes, and customization settings.

IDU+ stores appearance preferences such as theme, accent color, topbar color, title font, and layout mode using Chrome extension storage. These settings are used only to remember the user’s customization choices.

IDU+ does not collect login credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, messages, grades, attendance records, profile information, browsing history, financial information, health information, or location data.

IDU+ does not use analytics, advertising, tracking scripts, or remote code.

All extension code and assets are packaged with the extension. The extension does not send IDU portal data to any external service.
