The extension requests specific permissions (tabs, storage, and access to Google/YouTube/DuckDuckGo domains) strictly to provide its core functionality:
- Tabs and Host Permissions: Used to interact with Gemini and other pages directly in your browser.
- Storage: Used to temporarily store your query text locally to pass it between your current page and the AI tools. This data never leaves your device.
- Declarative Net Request: Used to cleanly manage network requests required for the extension's experience without routing traffic through any external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The extension automates interactions with third-party websites like Google Gemini and YouTube on your behalf. Please review the privacy policies of those services, as their own data collection practices still apply when you use them.
