Used to work fine. Now requires money or login or whatever. Honestly, it's a plugin and not a full program and it's downloading videos that it probably shouldn't be legally doing. I guess everybody wants to make a buck these days. Uninstalled. Very sad that free isn't actually free anymore.

downloads video with audio.. while others are lately no longer doing so reliablly . other downloader I am using will do video or audio but not reliable combined in a single file. this is a recent phenomenon.. dont know what is causing this but VideoDownloaHelper continues to work flawlessley

This used to be a great video downloading add-on. However, now they force you to buy a license in order to use it, and the quality has gone down hill severely. 9 out of 10 times it will not download anything and state, "sadly we failed at downloading that specific media", and if it does start to download, it will just fail until you get that message. I'm sorry that I spent the money for the license. Had I known that the add-on would stop working as it had in the past I would have just deleted it.
