by isethia, 5 years agoI just use the basic version, but it always works great for downloading my favorite videos to watch offline. When it breaks due to YouTube code changes, the developer always fixes it as quickly as possible. And whenever I have had to contact them about a support issue, I have always gotten a prompt response back so I could know that the problem was being worked on.
