- Rated 4 out of 5by JPJPJP, 5 months agoI love this downloader. It's excellent. But lately, it won't download certain videos. It say it does, but it's not downloaded on your computer and you can't open with media player.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Vista, 5 months agoPurchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

We've released version 24.1 which fixes this bug properly. Please update and try again. posted 4 months agoHi Nick, that's a frustrating combo — fake progress, 0 byte files, and downloading twice! All of this is fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should download properly without those issues. Quicktime Player has no idea how to open these zero byte files...so...

posted 4 months agoHi Anne, sorry about that! The zero byte files were a bug that's now fixed in version 24.1. After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player.
