    Used to work, as of Jan 23rd, claims to work but "successfully" downloads zero byte files.

    Hi! We know it claimed to work but secretly saved nothing — that fake success was a nasty bug. It's now properly fixed in version 24.1. Please update and it should actually download your files this time. If it works, we'd love it if you could update your review! 🙏

    Best ever download tool for youtube. I can download mp4 and mp3 , very good for my workflow. I has been working for a few years, everytime youtube change the api, this guys fix it fast... thumbs up for the best extension

    Hi! We know — duplicate downloads AND 0 kb files was a double headache. Both issues are fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should download cleanly without any duplicates. If it works, we'd really appreciate an updated review! 🙏

    Over a month ago I installed it and it worked just fine. Then about a week or so ago everytime I log on to my computer it has me reinstalling it. Now when I go and try and download a mp4 at youtube it say's its downloading superfast and after its threw there is 0bits. So it doen not work. I'll try and reinstall it one last time before I remove it.

    Hi! Thanks for sticking with it — we know constant reinstalls and 0 bit files is incredibly frustrating. Great news though, version 24.1 is out and addresses these issues. No need for that last reinstall trick — just update to 24.1 and it should work properly. Hope it does the job! 😊

    werkt niet op youtube!!
    net uitgeprobeerd 2-3-26 maar nu krig ik dit te zien Network error, retrying (3/3)... dus nee, het werkt nog steeds niet;

    I had some problems downloading at first. So I deleted the add on, and reinstalled it the following day. Since then, it works brilliantly. I highly recommend this add on for downloading informative youtube clips.
