As I can see from the previous reviews, they still haven't solved their bug (you keep ending up in the Advanced Features) in 7 months, which also tells me they're not very responsive.

I can't get through the set-up process, the chat option for help doesn't work, and now no streaming service will work. Essentially this seems to be a take-the-money-and-run, screw-the-customer operation that doesn't even provide assistance or any way to get your money back.

Very buggy add-on: as soon as setting it up (e.g. turn on the Bypass Proxy feature), the pugin always open on the Advanced Settings page, doesn't connect anymore when clicking a country from the server selection page but jumps back to the Advanced Settings page, and when hitting the back arrow to finally come back to the server selection page again, the connection is clunky at best for 2 minutes before cutting you from the internet entirely.

Simply doesn't work most of the time - neither the extension nor the app. Extremely annoying.
