The two complaints I have is that sometimes it is unclear which download option shown will produce a complete film, and that it downloads rather slowly and sometimes start but fail to complete even though the video also must have been put in a temporary web map by the browser for viewing. But otherwise, it works fine and, frankly, I am happy that something works at all, contrary to several others I have tried. Right now it has become the only one I use.
